FIR filed against Alt Balaji and Ekta Kapoor for web series TripleX-2

Television Queen and film producer Ekta Kapoor's new web series ''Triple X-2'' has sparked a controversy, after ex-army personnel lodged a complaint in Gurugram''s Palam Vihar police station raising objection over its allegedly inappropriate and vulgar content.

XXX season 2 is web series based on lives of Army personnel. 

Martyrs Welfare Foundation (MWF) chairman Major T.C. Rao, raised strong objection to the web series. 

He said that army soldiers sacrifice their lives for the country, but the series producer and director have depicted that army man's wives are intimate with other men at home when their husbands are away serving on the borders.This content is highly objectionable and it could demoralize our armed forces, he added.

"Triple X-2 also has scenes where uniforms of military men, having symbols of Ashoka statue and Taj are torn apart. This is an insult to our armed forces and military personnel," Rao claimed.

He also warned of agitation if such content is not deleted from the show.

Triple X - 2 has always found it in the soup, on May 18 an FIR was filed against AltBalaji and Ekta Kapoor for the same show in Hyderabad, also, an YouTuber by name Hindustani Bhau has filed an FIR in local Mumbai police station last week.
