Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan pay tribute to Ilaiyaraaja

Tuesday marked the Grand ‪‎Shamitabh‬ celebration day. Besides the music launch of Shamitabh and the second trailer launch of Shamitabh, the makers of the much-awaited film also honoured music maestro Ilaiyaaraaja.

Renowned names from the music industry and some of the biggest names in Indian cinema attended this mega event.

R Balkis much awaited film Shamitabh music was revealed on Tuesday night by Jaya Bachchan and Gulzar in the presence of the entire star cast of the film. The event was followed by paying tribute to the music composer Ilaiyaraaja.

Indian Film Legends came together to felicitate music composer ‪Ilaiyaraaja‬ for completing the music of his 1,000th film!

The event also saw a live performance by Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush, apart from other singers and music composers. Besides the star cast, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shruti Haasan and Tabu were among those present at the event.
